great look good quality

great look good quality. Only issue is, the tea MUST be large leaf, or small particles will be left in your tea.

Doesn’t work

Well over half of the holes are clogged with silicone from the mold and water cannot enter the infuser well. Company has not responded to my email requesting an exchange. (9 days ago). I held off this review hoping they would be more responsive.
